Antique French Silver Thurible and Boat Ref 8464
19th century French solid silver Baroque style Thurible with Boat & Spoon.
Thurible and Boat both made by the French Silversmith Alexis Renaud, who worked in Paris from 1831 to 1847.
The Thurible and Boat are both fully hallmarked with the French silver mark of this period, and the maker's name.
Baroque style Thurible and Boat, finished with Baroque style decoration throughout.
The boat has a solid silver spoon, attached to the boat with a silver chain.
Thurible Height 30.5cm; diameter of base 8cm; internal diameter of bowl 9.5cm; total chain length 96cm.
Overall Weight: 1,406g.
