How to Order:
1. Decide which item(s) you are interested in purchasing.
2. Contact us to check for stock availability. For second-hand items we need to check that the item is still available. For brand new items we will check if it is in stock, and if not, what the expected delivery date would be.
3. If you are interested in placing an order for something 'non-standard' or made to order, please give us full details of your requirements so that we can provide you with a quotation.
4. All prices exclude delivery. Please inform us of the delivery address & we will provide a quotation for packing & delivery as required.
5. Once you have reached a final decision on your purchases, including delivery charges, payment may be arranged. See payments section below for details of possible payment methods. Please also read our returns policy information below before confirming your order.
6. When your cleared payment has been received by us, your order will be dispatched (or work commenced on making your items 'to order' as agreed).
Payment must be made in pounds sterling only.
We accept payment by any of the following methods:
1. Most major credit & debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Please give us the full details of your credit card by phone or in writing.
2. Cheques drawn in sterling on UK Bank accounts, payable to Luzar Vestments. We are unable to accept other cheques due to the length of time they can take to clear through the banking system.
3. Bank Transfer direct to our account - please ask for details of where to make the payment.
4. For customers who visit personally, cash (pounds sterling only) may be accepted.
5. We also accept credit card payments online. Please ask if you would like to pay by this method, and we will e-mail you an online invoice from which you can arrange payment securely online using your credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Please contact us if you have any query regarding making a payment.
1. Any defects, damages or shortages must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods.
2. We will undertake to replace any goods which arrive damaged or short delivered, or to arrange the return of such goods and a refund of payments made.
3. Where items have been made specifically to order, we will not accept any returns or exchanges unless the goods arrive faulty or are clearly not to the agreed specifications.
4. Where a deposit is paid in advance against goods made to order, or to reserve an item, this is non-refundable in the event of the order being cancelled, unless Luzar Vestments are unable to deliver the final product as agreed.
5. We do not usually accept returns of second-hand items.
Prices & Terms
1. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
2. Prices quoted exclude any postage & packing charges that may be applicable.
3. Please ask for quotes for delivery of particular items, stating the country & area of delivery.
4. Prices of brand new stock include UK VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable. Most customers purchasing from outside the European Union will be able to deduct this from the price.
5. Our second hand stock does not attract VAT.
6. The customer is liable to pay any import duty which may be levied by governments or customs during the transportation of your order.
